24 To Life, LLC was founded with the mentality of making the next 24 hours count and progresing toward the most satisfying life possible while being realistic and kind to self one single moment or day at a time. The past can't be changed, but, in the present, we can make choices to positively impact our next 24 hours and find happiness 24 horus at a time. Living your "B.E.S.T." life is overwhelmingly satisfying and healthier and it is within your reach. I am happy to participate in your journey toward this goal.
As of October 2020, sadly the admin processing system with CHAMPVA, Tri-West and the VA have become so time-consuming, I can't afford the time to spend on it out of session and can no longer accept new clients with CHAMPVA, VA or Tri-West until further notice.
As of October 2023, some insurances have declared policies that limit my ability to serve Hawaii populations remotely unfortunately. This further limits availability for Tri West, CHAMPVA and UHA beneficiaries. HMSA (partner of Blue Cross/Shield) has joined this stance and leaves me unable to serve those beneficiaries as well unless policies change.
As of October, 2023, availability is very limited and only sporadic at best for virtual sessions. Feel free to message to inquire about openings before having referrals / authorizations sent if applicable. Due to my relocation, I am not able to offer sessions in physical offices at any time.
For best potential to get onto my schedule , consider using Spring Health, Espyr, Centerstone, Health Advocate, Path Mental Health, Xplor Counseling LLC, EAP of Pacific, Inclusive Therapy Group if accessible/applicable.
